What You Will Do
- Support and lead Finance improvement projects with measurable business impact.
- Analyze financial performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management insights.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Work closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present analysis and recommendations to management.
- Support the implementation of Finance initiatives and process improvements.

Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1–2 years of experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields
- Graduated from a reputable university; overseas university graduates are preferred
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Mandarin is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI or financial modelling experience is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya and rotated across Indonesia and overseas locations, based on business needs
