MEP Supervisor

We're currently supporting our client, a leading industrial estate developer, in searching for an experienced MEP Engineer to join their growing project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise ACS & MEP construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and schedule execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions when issues arise.
• Support Variation Orders (VO), reporting, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/K3 requirements and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision and/or engineering.
• Hands-on experience in both ACS and MEP works.
• Strong understanding of construction quality control and site supervision.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
