Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site MEP Supervisor role based in Tangerang. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of production machinery, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, plumbing, utilities, and gantry crane systems. The position will support PT Oriental Heavy Gauge Cold Forming's production operations by implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability, minimize unplanned downtime, and improve overall plant performance. Working closely with Production, QA, Warehouse, Purchasing, maintenance team members, and external service providers, this role will provide technical guidance, lead troubleshooting and maintenance activities, manage spare parts, maintain accurate maintenance records, and ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of production equipment and plant facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities, automation, and gantry crane systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and condition monitoring of production machinery, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, utilities, and plant facilities to identify potential failures and maintenance requirements.
- Lead troubleshooting, repair, and breakdown maintenance activities to restore equipment operation promptly and minimize unplanned production downtime.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, equipment records, maintenance schedules, inspection reports, equipment history, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE policies, safety procedures, applicable regulations, and relevant technical standards, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) requirements.
- Monitor and manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed on time and effectively.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in steel processing, cold forming, or other industrial environments.
- Able to read and understand Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings.
- Familiar with PLC, Inverter, HMI, and Industrial Automation systems.
- Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, and maintenance systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Good understanding of maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and HSE practices in industrial environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for maintenance reporting and documentation.
