Data Center MEP Project Manager

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Reviews the professional drawings of HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical and communicates with the design unit and subcontractor on a daily basis.

2. Technical clarification of construction site drawings

3. Guide subcontractors to install HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical equipment on site

4. Track the subcontractor's progress of installation, construction, and debugging of professional HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical equipment.

5. HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical Debugging and Troubleshooting

6. Performs routine checks, overhaul, and maintenance of HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical equipment during operation and maintenance.

7. Responsible for the overall management of the HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical engineering construction site; `

8. Organize the formulation of HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical construction plans, arrange construction progress, special equipment hoisting or construction plans, and supervise the implementation.

9. Responsible for the construction of HVAC water cooling and air cooling systems, and supervise the welding construction process and process of HVAC pipelines/MEP/Genset/Electrical

10. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company's HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical system equipment, familiar with the principle of HVAC refrigeration, able to find hidden dangers in operation in time, responsible for analyzing the causes of failures in system equipment, proposing solutions, and solving faults to ensure equipment operation

11. Responsible for HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical professional spare parts management

12. Responsible for the construction management and supervision of the ventilation system, fresh air system and disaster drainage system of the project

13. Responsible for the implementation of the HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical professional project combined with the implementation of local standards

Requirements:

1. Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in construction data center HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical

2. HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical engineer certification is preferred.

3. Familiar with mainstream HVAC equipment brands, York, Carrier, Emerson, Midea and other mainstream HVAC brands/MEP/Genset/Electrical

4. Be familiar with the principle architecture, software and hardware, communication, and interfaces of air-cooled precision air-conditioners, protocol, engineering installation, and routine maintenance

5. Be familiar with the principle structure, engineering construction, and routine maintenance of the fresh air system

6. Be familiar with the principles, software, and hardware of the multi-line system.

7. Maintenance Experience of the Air Conditioning System in a Large-Scale Data Center (CAHU, CRAH, CDU)

8. The CAD software can be used to draw and modify the design diagram.

9. Diploma/Bachelor degree or above in Refrigeration, Air conditioning and energy engineering/mechanical engineering/electrical or related majors

10. Have good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus

11. Workbase will be placed at Cibitung/Karawang (West Java)
