MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

We are looking for MEP Engineers to join our Indonesia team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary technical skills and expertise to ensure the flawless commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various data centre construction projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

. Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and commissioning methodologies.

. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience

. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

. Fluency in English

. Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in commissioning relevant to the construction industry.

. Experience in Data Centre projects or similar critical facilities would be preferred.

. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commissioning Professional) are a plus.

• Oversee and manage the testing and commissioning of HVAC/electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with design specifications
• Coordinate the mechanical commissioning processes of mechanical/electrical systems
• Conduct robust testing of mechanical including HVAC, or electrical systems, including power distribution and fire alarms, to validate their performance and safety standards
• Perform energy efficiency testing to certify the efficient operation of building systems
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that all systems operate optimally and safely
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to verify the integration and operational success of MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process.
• Train and mentor junior commissioning staff, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on testing and commissioning results to project stakeholders
• Ensure all testing and commissioning activities comply with local, national, and international regulations
