Company Description Perguruan Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang is a modern Islamic boarding school for female students located in Padang Panjang, West Sumatra, founded by Rahmah El Yunusiyyah on November 1, 1923. Approaching its centennial anniversary, the institution has grown significantly with programs designed to meet the needs of the current generation of Muslim learners. Its flagship programs include Qur'an memorization, intensive Arabic and English language study, project-based learning, homestay and scientific study opportunities, and various camps and trainings focused on leadership, skills development, and life skills. Students are encouraged to explore their interests and talents through 48 extracurricular options across academics, science and technology, public speaking, writing, arts, and martial arts. Role Description The Member role is a full-time, on-site position located in Surabaya. Members are expected to actively participate in daily institutional activities, support educational and organizational programs, and uphold the values and guidelines of Perguruan Diniyyah Puteri. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in program implementation, engaging in student or community activities, contributing to events and projects, and collaborating with educators and staff to maintain a positive learning environment. Members also help promote the institution's mission, maintain professional conduct, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated commitment to Islamic values, student development, and ethical conduct in educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and students in a respectful and inclusive manner.
• Organizational and time management skills to support multiple programs, activities, and institutional initiatives.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, including openness to project-based learning, camp activities, and various training programs.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with Arabic and English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in education, community work, or boarding school environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Surabaya and adhere to institutional policies, including anti-bullying and academic integrity standards.
