Job Description

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of heavy equipment mechanics.
Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely, accurate, and safe manner
Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager in the automotive industry, specifically related to tractor maintenance and repair
Strong understanding of tractor systems and components, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
Skilled in operating tractor maintenance and repair equipment
Possess good communication skills, team leadership abilities, and customer service orientation
