Our client, one of Indonesia's leading hospital groups, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Services & Ancillary Manager to oversee their clinical and ancillary services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both clinical and managerial roles, with a deep understanding of hospital operations and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic & annual plans for clinical and ancillary services aligned with the hospital group's growth strategy, in collaboration with the CEO.
- Oversee Medical Professional Practice (MPP), ensuring full compliance with Kemenkes regulations, accreditation, and quality standards.
- Lead training and development of medical staff to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness for clinical and ancillary services.
- Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs across clinical and ancillary departments to drive performance.
- Act as liaison between clinical, management, and corporate teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Licensed Medical Doctor (General Practitioner, Dentist, or Specialist) with a Masters degree in Hospital or Healthcare Management preferred
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi), SIP (Surat Izin Praktik), and HIPERKES certification from the Indonesian Medical Council
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Deep understanding of hospital operations, regulations, and quality standards
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing teams of 10+ staffs is mandatory
- Willing to relocate to Semarang, Central Java
