Medical Sales Representative

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Domiciled in Medan Area
• Experienced in Business to Government (B2G) & Business to Business (B2B) activities and client handling
• Understanding of healthcare facility needs, especially Public Health Centers (Puskesmas), and experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) business development will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong confidence, teamwork ability, and capability to work under high-pressure environments to achieve sales targets
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia with high travel intensity
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is preferred
• Possess valid SIM A & SIM C driving licenses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Placement location: Medan
• Owns personal vehicle for out-of-town business travel

Job Descriptions:

• Acquire new customers in the government sector, such as Health Offices (Dinas Kesehatan), Public Health Centers (Puskesmas), and other related institutions to achieve sales targets while maintaining existing clients
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and act as a problem solver for client-related issues and business needs
• Develop partnerships and establish relationships with relevant business partners and associations to support business opportunities and market positioning
• Prepare work reports and manage operational budgets effectively
