Your role  

We are looking for a Myopia Champion to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Myopia Champion highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in engaging ECP in business development in the Myopia management category. Your expertise will help drive the adoption and optimal use of our products, ensuring improved patient outcomes and satisfaction collaboration with various stakeholders. 

 
Main responsibilities:  

• Develop myopia management category, especially Essilor® Stellest®, from planning to execution by collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve business objectives in terms of awareness and sales target
• Drive ECPs to recommend Essilor® Stellest® by ensuring that they are equipped with the required technical knowledge of the products as well as selling speech
• Coordinate with marketing to secure Essilor® Stellest® brand visibility and complete kits in key stores, including always-on digital contents (search & social media), storytelling of successful cases
• Identify sales opportunities from various channels, not only traditional optical stores network, but also prominent hospitals    
• Partner with commercial team to drive sales growth through ECPs contracts offering various commercial supports such as loyalty program, lens-frames bundle, frontline incentives and rebates
• Build strategic partnership with leading ECPs, professional associations, hospitals and institutions to create awareness on myopia control lens, not limited to conducting symposium at major eyes and children's hospitals, presenting Essilor® Stellest® in local events and conferences
• Work with regional team to align strategic directions/implementation in growing myopia management category within the country. 

Main requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Optometry or Pharmaceutical  
• Minimum 5-year experience in business development in medical and health related fields, added advantage from vision care  
• Fast learning and be able to demonstrate self-initiation  
• Possess a strong sense of personal accountability
• Ability to analyze data with systematic thinking  
• Be comfortable with market visits and upcountry travel
• Language English (Proficiency), Bahasa Indonesia
