Role Description:

• Manage and organize documents patients
• Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters)
• Main contact for patients, insurers, and medical teams
• Coordinate medical evacuation services
• Ensure smooth communication with internal and external partners.
• Maintain company databases and ensure data accuracy
• Provide real-time updates and accurate records.

• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
• Proven experience in call centre /operations, preferably in healthcare.
• Good communication and organizational skills across internal teams and external partners
• Knowledge of insurance process & payment guarantees.
• Ready to work in shifts
• Have high work enthusiasm
• Proficient in WhatsApp, Email, Excel and Medical Record systems.
