Job Description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies related to telemedicine operations.
Ensure teleconsultation services comply with applicable regulations, SOPs, and internal policies.
Oversee QC processes and review consultation records to ensure clinical quality and documentation completeness.
Monitor doctors performance based on quality indicators and patient feedback.
Provide structured performance feedback and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure completeness and validity of regulatory and legal documents related to teleconsultation services.
Identify compliance risks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare periodic compliance and governance reports for management.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Bachelor's degree in Medicine (S.Ked) with a valid STR
Minimum 3 years experience in clinical practice or medical advisory roles
Has established relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions for Partnership/Marketing/Medical colaboration
