Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for market development and client acquisition in the Indonesia region, including target channels such as hospitals, distributors, and clinics, promoting the local sales of the company's medical devices and consumables.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly visit clients, collect their needs, handle feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction and cooperation depth.
- Collaborate with the registration team/partners to follow up on product registration, market access, and tendering processes, ensuring projects progress as planned.
- Participate in formulating local marketing strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional activities based on market conditions, and ensure their implementation.
- Prepare samples, product information, and training materials for clients, assist in organizing academic promotions, product demonstrations, and physician education activities.
- Collect industry trends, competitor information, and tendering policies in the Indonesian market, produce market analysis reports, and provide support for company decision-making.
- Promptly address issues that arise during the sales process, maintain smooth communication with internal teams, and promote cross-department collaboration (registration, logistics, after-sales).
- Achieve the sales targets assigned by the company, regularly report on sales progress, forecasts, and risks, and continuously optimize the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, medical devices, biology, or marketing;
- Indonesian nationality or familiarity with the Indonesian market preferred, with good Chinese-Indonesian/English-Indonesian communication skills;
- Over three years of experience in medical device sales preferred (e.g., medical devices, infusion consumables, blood bags, infusion sets, etc.);
- Excellent customer communication skills and market insight, able to independently conduct client visits and product promotion;
- Proactive, willing to travel, responsible, strong execution ability, adaptable to fast-paced and high-demand sales environments;
- Able to quickly learn product knowledge, with strong problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination skills.
