Kualifikasi:
- Strong knowledge of media planning and placement across both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs and ROI target
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and improving customer journey funnels
- Solid understanding of website analytical and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytic, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platform
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data processing, analysis, and reporting
Tanggung Jawab:
- Execute integrated marketing strategies across 360° media channels, including TV, radio, public relations, out-of-home (OOH), and other above-the-line (ATL) media
- Collaborate with Google, Meta, TikTok, and other media partners to optimize advertising performance, including SEO and SEM initiatives
- Develop and implement innovative growth strategies across all media channels
- Work closely with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages and drive traffic for both online and offline events
- Identify market trends and consumer insights, and optimize campaign performance and budget allocation based on data-driven findings
- Evaluate and recommend emerging marketing technologies and digital tools to enhance team effectiveness
- Monitor, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs and ROI targets
