Now, we're looking for a passionate and driven
Media Sales Manager to be part of our fast-growing, innovative team.
Your role:
As a Media Sales Manager, you will:
- Leverage your existing network to pitch, customize, and close innovative solutions from Supermom's product suite, including consumer insights, content marketing, demand generation, and brand-building strategies.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to co-develop proposals and campaigns that drive higher value deals.
- Act as a trusted consultant for clients, helping them navigate challenges and achieve measurable marketing outcomes.
- Provide client feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and tangible results
Requirements
You Have:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in an agency, B2B media, or solution-based sales environment, preferably within digital media, marketing, or technology sectors
- A proven track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals through a consultative approach.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising and marketing trends (bonus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and influence key decision-makers.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Confidence in managing and measuring performance using relevant KPIs and reporting tools.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Infusionsoft (nice to have)
