Media Relations Specialist

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree or above, journalism-related major;

2. Have more than 1 year of working experience in Indonesian mainstream national media (mainstream media such as: Kompas, Bisnis Indonesia, Liputan6, Detik, CNBC, Tempo, Republika, CNN, Media Indonesia, The Jakarta Post, not limited to these) are preferred

3. Fluent in English

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

6. Relationship-building and networking skills.

7. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

8. Placement on Head Office South Jakarta, Mega Kuningan

Job Responsibilities :

1. Company Brand promotion, event planning, and execution.

2. Public relations handling of negative company news, as well as monitoring and controlling public opinion.

3. Planning, designing, producing, writing, proofreading, and reviewing content for Huayou Indonesia&aposs social media publicity.

4. Communication and interaction with local media in Indonesia (including Jakarta and project locations), as well as planning and executing media activities.

5. Establishing good external relationships with Indonesian government departments, providing timely feedback on government suggestions, opinions, policies, and department changes.

6. Build and maintain a positive public image for the organization.
