1. Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, a premium shopping center that offers an International shopping experience and a wide range of fashion apparel, restaurants, and entertainment choices.
2. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, a historic landmark hotel of Indonesia.
3. Kempinski Private Residences, a first-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.
4. Menara BCA, a 56 storey-premium-grade office tower that host multinational companies.
Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Media Promotion Supervisor with the following requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree majoring in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or Media Planning.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the shopping mall, retail, brand, or property development industries is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in managing tenants and handling collaborations with clients, tenants, vendors, or external brands.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate campaign performance and provide input for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze client needs and develop media strategies, including media mix and placements for optimal brand visibility.
- Manage internal bookings and negotiate/manage contracts with tenants and external partners.
- Ensure revenue growth by maximizing occupancy and utilization of all media assets while minimizing downtime.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through innovative media offerings, new advertisers, and strategic partnerships.
- Optimize underutilized spaces and media tools into more valuable revenue-generating assets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas and improve media strategies.
- Ensure smooth operational execution and compliance with SOP, including installation, scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
- Manage and control media promotion budgets (monthly & yearly) through planning, monitoring, and analysis.
- Oversee administrative processes and reporting media promotion, ensuring accuracy, compliance with SOP, and timely submission.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and contractors to support business objectives.
