Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
1 year of experience as a Building Technician (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Knowledge of maintenance or repair of power tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and strong communication skills.
Willing to be assigned to any location in Indonesia.
Job Description:
Perform repairs and provide high-quality, friendly, and prompt service to customers, as well as provide information regarding the types of products experiencing issues
Enter service data or administrative records into the ERP system
Apply training outcomes to daily work
Participate in team demonstrations as a technician providing technical information to end users, and conduct training for service points
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors (including project-based tasks) for the benefit of the company
