Mechanical Project Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Apply basic flow diagrams as the fundamental basis for engineering design and development.
• Conduct technical analysis and problem-solving to address design-related issues and challenges arising during project implementation.
• Supervise project execution to ensure that activities are completed in accordance with the established schedule, budget, and technical specifications.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) to ensure the quality and compliance of project processes and deliverables.
• Act as a safety officer to ensure the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards throughout project execution.
• Supervise and support the erection, installation, and commissioning of equipment and project structures.
• Prepare Engineer's Estimates and Owner's Estimates as a basis for project cost planning and budgeting.
• Create and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects.
• Support the development of mechanical systems, steel structures, and water and wastewater treatment systems in accordance with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with farm operations teams to ensure that the design, installation, and maintenance of farm support facilities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Provide technical support for farm infrastructure development, including utility systems, poultry housing, water treatment systems, and other supporting facilities.
• Integrate farm operational requirements into engineering project planning and execution.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in engineering or project-related roles is an advantage.
• Experience in the management of GP, PS, and hatchery facilities, as well as in designing poultry houses and hatchery facilities, is an advantage.
• Possess a basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering, Steel Structure Engineering, and Water and Wastewater Engineering.
• Understand plumbing systems, poultry house ventilation systems, and poultry house feeding systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, process flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD 2D to create and develop technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data processing, report preparation, and project documentation.
• Ability to prepare project time schedules and process, present, and analyze data to support project planning and control.
• Understand the principles of Quality Control (QC), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and project management.
• Possess strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, as well as perform effectively under pressure.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken, at a passive or active proficiency level.
• Willingness to work at heights as required for project execution and supervision, while complying with applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures.
• Willingness to travel for business, supervise on-site project activities, and accept assignments throughout Indonesia as required by the company.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, discipline, accountability, loyalty, and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of farm operations and Farm Management is an advantage.
• Understand the infrastructure, utilities, and support systems required in the livestock or agribusiness industry.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Menerapkan flow diagram dasar sebagai konsep utama dalam perancangan dan pengembangan desain teknik.
• Melakukan analisis teknis dan problem solving terhadap permasalahan desain maupun implementasi proyek.
• Melaksanakan supervisi proyek untuk memastikan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai jadwal, anggaran, dan spesifikasi teknis.
• Melakukan Quality Control (QC) terhadap proses dan hasil pekerjaan proyek.
• Bertindak sebagai petugas keselamatan (safety man) untuk memastikan penerapan standar K3 selama pelaksanaan proyek.
• Mengawasi dan mendukung proses erection, instalasi, dan commissioning peralatan maupun struktur proyek.
• Menyusun engineer estimate dan owner estimate sebagai dasar perencanaan biaya proyek.
• Membuat dan mengembangkan gambar teknik menggunakan AutoCAD 2D.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek.
• Mendukung pengembangan sistem mekanikal, struktur baja, serta pengolahan air dan limbah sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim operasional farm untuk memastikan desain, instalasi, dan pemeliharaan fasilitas pendukung peternakan berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis terhadap pengembangan infrastruktur farm, termasuk sistem utilitas, kandang, pengolahan air, dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya.
• Mengintegrasikan aspek operasional farm dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek engineering.
  
  

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang lain yang relevan.
• Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman kerja di bidang engineering atau project menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman dalam manajemen kandang GP, PS, dan Hatchery serta pengalaman mendesain fasilitas kandang dan hatchery menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memahami dasar-dasar Mechanical Engineering, Steel Structure Engineering, serta Water & Waste Water Engineering.
• Memahami sistem plumbing, ventilasi kandang, dan feeding system pada fasilitas peternakan.
• Memiliki kemampuan membaca dan menginterpretasikan gambar teknik, flow diagram proses, serta spesifikasi teknis.
• Menguasai AutoCAD 2D untuk pembuatan dan pengembangan gambar teknik.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office untuk pengolahan data, penyusunan laporan, dan dokumentasi proyek.
• Mampu menyusun project time schedule serta melakukan pengolahan, penyajian, dan analisis data untuk mendukung perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek.
• Memahami prinsip Quality Control (QC), keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), serta manajemen proyek.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis teknis, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim lintas fungsi serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik secara pasif maupun aktif.
• Bersedia bekerja di ketinggian (working at height) sesuai kebutuhan pelaksanaan dan supervisi proyek dengan tetap mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang berlaku.
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas, supervisi proyek lapangan, dan penugasan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
• Memiliki integritas, kejujuran, disiplin, tanggung jawab, loyalitas, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Memiliki pemahaman mengenai operasional dan manajemen farm (Farm Management) menjadi nilai tambah.
