Job Description: National Sales Manager (Mechanical Background)

Location: Indonesia, Jakarta preferred

Requirements:

1.The candidate should have education background in mechanical engineering. Please dont apply if you don't belong from this field.

2.Bachelor degree or above.

3.Experience with shaping or handling distributor or dealer network.

4.The candidate is required to have more than 10 years working experience in measuring and metrology field.

5.The working experience in brand like Mitutoyo, Hexagon, CARL ZEISS, Renishaw, FARO, Tesa, Mahr, ASIMETO, Zoller, TRIMOS, SYLVAC, WERKA, Someco, Presisser etc will be preferred.

6.Ability to make demo for the CMM (coordinate measuring machine), VMM(vision measuring machine), scanning measuring instruments, roundness testers, profilometer etc will be preferred.

7.The candidate should be capable of English and the local language

8.The candidate should be willing to come to China for training after onboarding (on company expense).

KeyResponsibilities:

1.MarketingStrategy:

Developandimplementcomprehensivemarketingstrategiestoincreasebrandvisibilityandmarketshare.

-Overseethecreationandexecutionofadvertisingcampaignsacrossvariousmediachannels.

2.ExhibitionsandEvents:

-Plan,organize,andparticipateinindustryexhibitionstopromotethecompany'sproducts.

-Visit distributors or customers to increase the sales.

3.Advertising:

-Designandmanageadvertisingcampaignstopromoteproductsandservices,ensuringtheyalignwiththecompany'sbrandandmarketingobjectives.

-Monitorandanalyzetheeffectivenessofadvertisingeffortsandadjuststrategiesasneeded.

4.DistributionManagement:

-Maintain existing distributors and developnew distributors if needed andimplementpoliciestopreventunfaircompetitionandensurefair competition between distributors.

5.DistributorRelationship:

-Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithdistributorstoensureeffectivesalesanddistributionoftheproducts.

-Providetrainingandsupporttodistributorstoenhancetheirsalescapabilitiesandproductknowledge.
