Mechanical Maintenance Manager

What Will You Do :

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of Mechanical preventive and breakdown Maintenance jobs. Coordinate, schedule, and direct staff.
• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installation, and repairers.
• Inspect, test, and measurecompleted work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements.
• Inspect and monitor work areas, examinetools and equipment, and provide employeesafety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain spare parts according to consumption rate.

What We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the steel manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Good understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, maintenance standards, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in English and willing to work from Cikarang area.
