Job Responsibilities :
- Key tasks and goals of the executive department.
- Organize and complete the planning work for spare parts of SMD mechanical equipment.
- Organize and complete the project construction and technical renovation management of SMD mechanical equipment.
- Organize and complete the management work of the operation, storage, and scrapping of SMD mechanical equipment.
- Implement preventive and fault repair(corrective) for SMD equipment, improving equipment completeness.
- Verify the repair application reports of SMD equipment submitted by the production or research and development departments, register the maintenance tracking records and update them.
- Organize the formulation of maintenance management systems for SMD equipment and check their implementation.
- Complete the maintenance work of SMD equipment, improve operational efficiency, and reduce accident frequency.
- Implement 5S and EHS management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above (Majoring in Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field)
- Have more than 3 years of SMD (Secondary Manufacturing Department) equipment maintenance experience in large and medium-sized enterprises.
- Have more than 3 years experiences in Manufacture Industry with strong background and technical analysist skills (especially in Installation, Commissioning, Equipment Maintenance, etc.)
- Have background in tobacco industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (more preferred)
