Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Manage manufacturing process and maintenance procedure of automation and manual production line
2. Hands on with daily task using PLC module and programming, HMI programming, Vision, electric motors, instrument sensors
3. Analyze equipment anomalies and strategy to improve
4. Maintain calculation of KPI (OEE, MTTR, MTBF), Spare part management, Cost improvement, and TPM

Qualification

1. Graduate of D3/ Bachelor Degree Mechanical Electrical/Electronic Engineering related fields
2. Have at least 3-5 years of Working experience in the related field, especially in manufacture industry
3. Familiar with Electrical Measurement Instrument, and able to reading of Electrical Wiring Diagram
4. Familiar with maintenance system, CMMS, SAP, SCADA, AutoCAD
5. Fundamental knowledge of safety work, LOTO implementation/ practices & 5S understanding and Implementations
6. Possitive Attitude, Proffesional Demeanor, Attention to Details
7. Excellent in English, knowledge of mandarin is preferred
8. Willing to work in shifts & Overtime, and locations that require of mobility
9. Willing to be placed in East Java area
