Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily MEP installation works (electrical, HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection).
  • Ensure all installations comply with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, civil, architectural, and interior teams.
  • Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and support inspection submissions.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning (T&C) of MEP systems.
  • Maintain compliance with site safety (HSE) requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Diploma 4 graduate of electrical, electrician and mechanical engineering
  • 3–5 years of MEP site experience; factory construction experience is an advantage
  • Understanding of relevant MEP, safety, and fire protection regulations.
  • Strong drawing interpretation skills such as as built drawing and shop drawing
  • Familiar with installation standards, ITP/IR procedures, material inspection, and punch list closure.
  • Basic knowledge of functional testing
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
