Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Project Engineer ( URGENT - ENGLISH SPEAKER )

Project Site : Batang ( KITB )

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) work and construction sites with safety and regulatory standards
• Phase plans, MEP systems inter-relationships, construction sequencing and project schedule
• Support problem-solving, as and when they arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractors to ensure that they adhere to Project safety regulations
• Assist in scope review, estimate quantities, costs and budgeting
• Prepare work schedules and control the use of materials, equipment and machines
• Maintain detailed documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering. ( have experience in EPC and Data Center is a plus )
• Considerable experience in a similar position and company for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and Building Control Act
• Proficient in the use of computers : MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD (advantage)
• Fluent in the English language ( English is a must )
