Responsibilities :
1. MEP Subcontractor Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact between EVDEKIMI and MEP subcontractors (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
- Coordinate scope of work, drawings, schedules, and technical requirements with MEP subcontractors.
- Review and verify subcontractor proposals, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
2. Design Review & Technical Support
- Review MEP designs and ensure alignment with EVDEKIMI's design standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural drawings to avoid clashes.
- Provide technical guidance and clarification to MEP subcontractors during execution.
3. Site Supervision & Progress Monitoring
- Monitor on-site MEP works performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure MEP installation progress aligns with the overall project schedule.
- Identify, report, and resolve technical and execution issues with subcontractors.
4. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all MEP works executed by subcontractors meet quality standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Conduct inspections, snagging, and quality checks together with subcontractors.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented properly and on time.
5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with MEP subcontractors.
- Verify system functionality before handover.
- Ensure subcontractors submit complete as-built drawings, manuals, warranties, and certificates.
6. Cost Control & Variation Management
- Assist in evaluating MEP variation works and claims submitted by subcontractors.
- Support cost control efforts by ensuring scope clarity and avoiding unnecessary changes.
7. Reporting & Coordination with Internal Team
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on MEP progress, issues, and risks.
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors.
