ME Technician

Daily Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily machine inspections and condition checks
2. Calibrate machines to maintain accuracy and performance
3. Monitor and maintain production line stability
4. Record and report machine status and downtime data

Troubleshooting

1. Diagnose and repair pneumatic cylinders & valves
2. Identify and fix bearing failures and wear issues
3. Troubleshoot industrial robot malfunctions
4. Inspect and replace worn conveyor belts

Mechanical Maintenance

1. Perform scheduled lubrication of moving parts
2. Execute timely component and spare part replacements
3. Service and overhaul pneumatic cylinders
4. Inspect and maintain electric motors

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree from Mechanical Engineering
• Must be able to speak English
• Minimum 3 years experience in Machine Technician
• Understand mechanical drawing and have experience in assembling and disassembling method
• Understand simple PLC and electrical drawing
