Responsible for production line setup, equipment debugging, and acceptance during trial production to ensure readiness for pilot runs.
Responsible for equipment selection, installation, debugging, risk assessment, and review of manufacturability design.
Address technical issues related to production lines and equipment, and optimize equipment efficiency and stability.
Assist NPI engineers in sample verification, process PFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), identify potential risks, and develop preventive measures.
Assist NPI engineers in conducting DOE (Design of Experiments) to optimize key process parameters, improving First Pass Yield (FPY) and Unit Per Hour (UPH).
Assist NPI engineers in root cause analysis of trial production issues, promote cross-departmental improvement actions, develop and implement solutions, and track progress to closure.
Maintain and update the BOE equipment tooling list and develop the equipment maintenance master plan.
Collaborate with NPI engineers and the IT department to deploy MES traceability modules, ensuring traceability in the production process.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information, or related STEM fields.
Valid Indonesia work authorization.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in FATP manufacturing environments, with hands-on experience in automation equipment and familiarity with the new product introduction (NPI) process. Experience in the e-cigarette industry is a plus.
Knowledge of NPI processes and lean manufacturing principles is advantageous. Must demonstrate strong resilience, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments.
