ME Coordinator - Balikpapan

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC Systems, and building facilities.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out according to the schedule.
• Manage and monitor the performance of vendors and outsourced personnel.
• Handle building facility-related complaints in accordance with SLA standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Prepare periodic operational and maintenance reports.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Maintenance or MEP.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, fire protection systems, and building operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
