Source and build relationships with potential merchants for collaboration in TikTok Marketing (specifically TikTok GO) across F&B, Accommodation, Attractions, and Entertainment industries.
Develop and deliver tailored proposals aligned with clients business goals to drive successful partnerships.
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with merchants.
Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, and any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or Account Executive roles (experience in digital marketing/agency is a plus).
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including trends, algorithms, and high-performing content formats.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
