Creative Event & Project Officer

General Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Event Management, DKV, Hospitality, Management, Broadcasting or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome; event or organizational experience is an advantage.
• Interested and passionate about Event Management and Creative Industries.
• Possessing strong presentation and communication skills, attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with AI and creative tools is a plus.
• Willing to travel, work on-site for project needs

Job Description :

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of event projects from preparation through completion.
• Develop creative concepts and event experiences that align with client objectives and project goals.
• Coordinate project requirements, including vendors, talents, logistics, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare project presentations, documentation, reports, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize digital and AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, problem-solving, and overall project efficiency while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
