About the role
Yayasan Intan Eduka Bali (Morphoo Schools and Cornerstone College Canggu) is seeking a talented and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students in our Bali-based campus.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Develop and implement engaging teaching strategies to enhance students understanding and interest in mathematics
- Assess and provide feedback on student performance, and use data to inform lesson planning and teaching methods
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to mathematics education
- Contribute to the overall academic development and well-being of students through mentoring and extracurricular activities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a strong background in secondary-level mathematics education
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
- Proven track record of using data-driven teaching methods to improve student outcomes
- Proficient in the use of educational technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience
- Passionate about continued professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest teaching practices
