Job Description

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for managing documentation, filling, and storage of company documents.
  • Assist other department in organizing departemental activities.
  • Responsible for company's administrative affairs, including but not limited to correspondence.
  • Responsible for updating data, including but not limited to those related with administrative matters and company compliance.
  • Periodically report work result to superiors or/and directors.

Job Qualifications :

  • Min. 3-5 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent executive level influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key business partners.
  • Have a strong personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work with fast working pace and comfortable working in a fast-evolving and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must and Tech savvy.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to commit to a 3 month consultant contract.
