Responsibilities
- Acquire and ensure timely acquisitionof visas for travelers by maintainingrelationships with consulates, embassies, and other international government agencies, etc
- Coordinate and provide comprehensive travel services, including arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Negotiate and manage service contracts with travel management companies, airlines, shuttle service companies, and hotels
- Conduct analysis and prepare reports and presentations as requested
- Perform analysis of travel-related data and processes to identify improvements
- Oversee fleet management processes throughout Indonesia and other assigned countries, including planning, procurement, monitoring, maintenance, and disposal
- Support ad hoc assignment in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least 3 years of related work experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and oral
- Demonstrated experience on providing and leading improvements in customer service
- Possess strong business sense, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills, adaptable, flexible in a changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other common computer software
- Able to travel (mostly within Asia) when required
- Driver's license would be ideal, but is not required
