PT Medco Power Energi Services (MPES), is one of subsidiary of Medco Power Indonesia (MPI) based in North Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is looking for professionals with the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily material handling activities, including receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Lead a team of material handlers, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.
- Implement and oversee inventory control systems to manage materials efficiently.
- Ensure the timely and accurate movement of materials to production areas.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report material usage, discrepancies, and incidents to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material handling or related fields.
- Proven track record in a supervisory role, managing teams in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Experience using stacker reclaimers or similar heavy material handling equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
- Willing to work under no Roster Working Schedule
