Job Description

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to plan and control material flow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems and perform regular stock reconciliations.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or excess inventory, and support corrective actions.
  • Assist with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
  • Track material movements (receipts, issues, and returns) with proper documentation.
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and initiatives to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material-related issues.
  • Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for stock level and storage optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to materials handling.

Yu cu

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management, material control, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, ERP systems, and material planning.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong accuracy in record management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
