Job Description

Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure accuracy and availability.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to plan and control material flow.
Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems and perform regular stock reconciliations.
Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or excess inventory, and support corrective actions.
Assist with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
Track material movements (receipts, issues, and returns) with proper documentation.
Support cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and initiatives to improve inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material-related issues.
Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for stock level and storage optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to materials handling.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inventory management, material control, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, ERP systems, and material planning.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in record management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
