Role Description The Master Teacher Part-Time at English Academy by Ruangguru is responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons on-site in Sidoarjo, following the academy's curriculum and teaching standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning engaging lessons, conducting interactive classes, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support language mastery. The role involves collaborating with other tutors and academic teams to align teaching materials with learning objectives, as well as participating in training or meetings to improve instructional practices. This is a part-time position that may require teaching during afternoons, evenings, or weekends, depending on class schedules and student needs. The Master Teacher is expected to create an inclusive, motivating classroom environment that supports diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering English language instruction to diverse age groups or proficiency levels.
• Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, engaging sessions and supporting learners skill development.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to explain concepts clearly, guide discussions, and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.
• Experience with digital learning tools and online education platforms, with willingness to integrate technology into classroom activities.
• Ability to work on-site in Sidoarjo, manage part-time schedules, and maintain professionalism and reliability in classroom conduct.
