Role Description The Master Teacher Chemistry is a full-time, on-site role based in Bekasi. This role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging Chemistry lessons for students, both in classroom and supported by online learning platforms. The Master Teacher will design lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, prepare teaching materials, and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback. Daily tasks include explaining complex Chemistry concepts in an accessible way, facilitating discussions, mentoring students, and collaborating with other teachers to improve teaching methods. The Master Teacher is also expected to participate in training sessions, contribute to educational content development, and support academic activities organized by Brain Academy.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering Chemistry lessons to diverse student groups.
• Ability to create effective Lesson Planning and Training materials that support clear learning objectives and student outcomes.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and engage students actively.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a teacher, tutor, or instructor in formal or informal education settings.
• Comfort with using digital tools and online learning platforms to support teaching activities.
• Strong classroom management skills, patience, and a learner-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bekasi and collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
