Role Description The Master Teacher role at Brain Academy by Ruangguru is a part-time, on-site position based in Bekasi Regency. The Master Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, facilitating classroom and online learning sessions, and ensuring students understand key concepts. This role includes assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

• Master Teacher Biology/Fisika/IPA SMP/SMA
• Master Teacher Mathematics

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education, with the ability to apply educational best practices in classroom and online settings.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching to design and deliver structured, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and interact effectively with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Experience in Training, mentoring, or coaching learners or junior teachers to support continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area preferred.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience, ideally in a blended (offline/online) learning environment.
• Ability to use digital learning tools and platforms, and openness to adopting new educational technologies.
• Strong classroom management, empathy, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
