Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues and requests related to SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address SAP problems, escalating complex issues to consultants when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and training to improve SAP master data operations for business partners.
  • Foster positive relationships internally and externally to meet operational and business objectives.
  • Manage SAP master data maintenance, including creating and updating material, vendor, and customer data.
  • Monitor configuration and maintenance processes to meet service level agreements and response times.
  • Ensure all operational administrative tasks are fulfilled to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in SAP MM; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance
  • Familiarity with SAP MM software
