Job Description

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues and requests related to SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to address SAP problems, escalating complex issues to consultants when necessary.
Provide guidance and training to improve SAP master data operations for business partners.
Foster positive relationships internally and externally to meet operational and business objectives.
Manage SAP master data maintenance, including creating and updating material, vendor, and customer data.
Monitor configuration and maintenance processes to meet service level agreements and response times.
Ensure all operational administrative tasks are fulfilled to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in SAP MM; fresh graduates are welcome
Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance
Familiarity with SAP MM software
