We're looking for Marketplace Specialist, the role focuses on optimizing performance across online marketplace platforms by managing promotional activities, analyzing product and campaign results, and collaborating with marketplace partners to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-based recommendations.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions (vouchers, flash sales, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign feature performance.
- Ensure all promotional activities follow the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with marketplace Relationship Managers on campaigns and promotional plans.
- Analyze product performance to identify priority items for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketplace Specialist/E-commerce Specialist (preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry)
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver tasks according to established timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting sales data, campaign performance metrics, and market trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external marketplace partners.
