Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own marketplace strategy and P&L performance for 1P brands on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
  2. Drive GMV growth through campaign planning, assortment strategy, pricing, and promo optimization.
  3. Ensure operational excellence across inventory readiness, pricing accuracy, and fulfillment coordination.
  4. Lead cross-functional execution with Live, Content, Brand, and Operations teams.
  5. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and proactively identify growth and efficiency levers.
  6. Manage relationships with platform account managers and stay ahead of platform policy changes.
  7. Develop scalable playbooks and SOPs for marketplace operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum >3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with strong TikTok Shop exposure.
  • Proven ownership of GMV, margin, and campaign execution at scale.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance growth and profitability.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in high-velocity, performance-driven environments.
