Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy and card game categories.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for basic operations of brand projects in the Toy & Hobby category on the store side of TIKTOKSHOP and SHOPEE platforms, such as product listing, product creative modification, event submission, event creation in the store backend, etc. (preference given to those with SHOPEE experience)
- Analyze data, conduct simple analysis on various types of store data, such as store GMV, order volume, LIVE room transaction density, store entry rate, click conversion rate, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the operations supervisor, short video content team, and warehousing team. If any department or process encounters issues, assist the operations supervisor in coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with the operations supervisor to create activities in the LIVE studio, change the atmosphere and stickers of the LIVE studio, and cooperate with the LIVE creator supervisor to complete management tasks related to LIVE creators.
- Conduct daily checks on the store's basic indicators, such as: whether all orders have been shipped, whether the daily prices of products have expired, whether product SKUs are approaching out-of-stock/sold-out status, whether there are any omissions in the backstage activity submissions, and whether the ERP system has pushed daily orders, etc.
- Assist the operations supervisor in completing other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Requires 1-3 years of experience as a SHOPEE operations assistant, with preference given to those with TIKTOKSHOP experience, and possessing basic operational knowledge; experience in Toy & Hobby categories is ideal.
- Fluent in English, native English speaker, Mandarin speaker is a plus.
- Be serious and responsible at work, have strong execution ability, and tasks must be executed immediately once assigned.
- Understand and be familiar with using the e-commerce backend ERP system
- Served as customer service staff for TIKTOK SHOP and Shopee stores
- Understand the TIKTOK LIVE process and be familiar with operations related to the live streaming room (e.g., distributing Giveaways, coupons, adjusting the live streaming screen, lighting, etc.)
- Passionate about the Toys & Hobby and IP relevant industries, and eager to delve deeper into learning within them.
- Willing to be placed in Greenlake City, Tangerang.
