Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy and card game categories.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily store operations for the Kayou project on TikTok Shop and Shopee, including product listing, updating product creatives, submitting promotions, and creating store backend activities.
- Conduct basic data analysis on key store metrics such as GMV, order volume, LIVE room performance, entry rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
- Work closely with the Operations Supervisor, short video content team, and warehouse team; assist in coordinating with relevant departments to resolve any operational issues.
- Support the Operations Supervisor in managing LIVE room activities, including setting up events, adjusting room atmosphere and stickers, and coordinating with the LIVE Creator Supervisor for creator-related tasks.
- Perform daily checks on store indicators, including order fulfillment status, product pricing validity, stock levels, SKU availability, activity submissions, and daily ERP order processing.
- Assist the Operations Supervisor with other operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 6 months 1 year of experience as a Shopee Operations Assistant; TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong execution skills and ability to act quickly on assigned tasks.
- Familiar with e-commerce backend tools or ERP systems.
- Passionate about the e-commerce industry and eager to learn and grow.
- Willing to be placed in Greenlake City, Tangerang.
