We're looking for talented and passionate individual to fill the role of Marketing Technology Specialist with following details

Job Description :

Manage and optimize the day-to-day martech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, performance funnels).
Build, execute and monitor loyalty platform: configure reward mechanics, member segmentation, and engagement campaigns.
Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, Firebase/SDK, Meta/Google Ads pixels) and run regular data QA.
Understand and support the setup of cross-channel automation flows (email, push notification, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app) based on customer segmentation and behavior.
Monitor existing campaign and loyalty dashboards, identify opportunities for reporting improvements, and provide actionable insights to support performance optimization.
Monitor digital platform and campaign-related issues, coordinating with IT and relevant teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
Apply data protection practices in line with UU PDP.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, CRM, or loyalty.
Hands-on experience executing loyalty/membership/CRM programs.
Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and analytics/visualization tools (Firebase, Looker Studio, or similar).
Experience with MMP and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., Branch, Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc).
Solid understanding of marketing funnels, segmentation, A/B testing, and ROI measurement.
Familiar with the use of AI (e.g generative AI and AI-powered tools) to improve efficiency, personalization and marketing data analysis.
SQL and API integration knowledge.
Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams.
