Marketing Supervisor (Junior)

Job Description:

• Assist in planning and executing various marketing events, including vehicle launches, test drive events, trade shows, dealership activations, sponsorships, and auto expos.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, digital) and external agencies/vendors to ensure cohesive event execution.
• Manage event logistics such as venue booking, vendor coordination, material preparation, transportation, and on-site setup.
• Support in budget planning and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance metrics; provide post-event analysis and reporting.
• Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all events and marketing materials.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of marketing events and deadlines.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor events, and customer preferences.

Requirement:

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the automotive or mobility industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event management platforms/tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends or evenings during events.
• Fluent in English, having Mandarin speaking skills will be an advantage
