What You'll Do:

Blue Ocean Strategy: Identifying untapped market gaps in the financial education and trading simulation industry.

Strategic Growth: Designing effective user acquisition strategies without burning money (organic/growth hacking).

Positioning: Ensuring Pround stands out as the only solution in its unique category, not just a competitor to existing platforms.

Execution: Focusing on the most impactful channels; there's no need to spread across all social media platforms if they're not relevant to the main strategy.

Criteria We're Looking For:

No maximum age, no minimum education, no experience required

Understanding of the concept of Blue Ocean Strategy or Value Innovation.

Have an entrepreneurial mindset.

Data-Driven: Able to analyze user behavior and translate it into marketing strategies.

Prioritize strategy quality and conversion over content quantity.

Have an interest in technology, finance, or gamification.

Performance-Based Compensation Plan:

Pround currently operates very lean.

There will be no monthly salary. We are looking for partners, not just employees.

Revenue Sharing:

You will earn 20% to 30% of monthly revenue directly.

The more effective your strategy, the higher your income.

Stock Option: If we find a strong vision and strong performance during the early stages, there is an equity option to become part of the core team long-term.
