About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Strategic Planner to help shape communication strategies that align with brand direction and business objectives.
In this role, you will bridge business goals, consumer insights, and creative execution turning market understanding into strong strategic directions and actionable briefs. You will work closely with Brand, Creative, Performance, and Commercial teams to ensure every campaign is built on clear strategy and delivers meaningful impact.
This role is ideal for someone with agency planning experience who enjoys connecting insights with creative ideas and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Strategic Planner / Communication Planner in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of branding, campaign strategy, consumer behavior, and communication planning.
- Proven ability to turn insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to connect brand objectives with creative execution.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- High level of critical thinking and ability to challenge ideas constructively.
- Strong awareness of consumer, media, digital, and cultural trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Develop communication strategies that align with brand positioning, marketing priorities, and business objectives.
- Identify and define Target audience segments, Consumer insights, Market opportunities, Key campaign messaging, and Communication objectives
- Translate business and marketing goals into clear strategic directions for campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare clear, structured, and actionable creative briefs for internal creative teams.
- Ensure all briefs include: Strategic rationale, Audience understanding, Consumer insights, Key message, and Campaign objectives.
- Support campaign ideation and brainstorming by contributing insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Review creative concepts and ensure outputs remain aligned with the approved strategy and communication objectives.
- Partner closely with Brand Managers, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and alignment across campaigns.
- Monitor industry, market, and consumer trends to identify new opportunities and keep communication relevant.
- Analyze campaign performance and gather learnings to improve future strategic planning.
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign rationale clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Support campaign ideation and ensure creative outputs remain aligned with strategy
