Marketing Staff

Role Description

Marketing Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, promoting company services, and assisting in client acquisition and retention within the Jakarta area. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic market research, helping execute marketing strategies, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and preparing promotional materials. The Marketing Staff will also participate in events or client meetings as needed, monitor campaign performance, and provide feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and be able to convey information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customer needs and market trends.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support client acquisition, follow up on leads, and promote services effectively.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to assist in planning and implementing targeted marketing initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
• Relevant qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Additional beneficial skills include basic digital marketing knowledge, proficiency in office productivity tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English are advantageous, along with a strong interest in trading, investments, or financial services.
